A little about silver

Below is a link that gives detailed element and compound data

Putting 'silver' and 'history' into 'Google' gives this link to an overview of silver.  Doubtless there are others!

From a UK craft worker's point of view, silver is readily obtainable in a variety of shapes and sizes as the building blocks of your design. It is about 45p per gramme – 30g would make perhaps two ingots, several wire bangles or 4-5 simple rings. The more effort and time you put into the project, the less significant the cost (and the higher the value if you sell it!)

The Group can purchase silver on your behalf and several members are registered at assay offices in the UK and can get items
hallmarked for you.
